Dr. Cian received her B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Delaware. Towards the end of completing her undergraduate degree, she became a veterinary technician. In 2006, she earned her DVM from St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. After graduating vet school, she was an emergency medicine vet before transitioning into both general practice and emergency medicine. In May 2019, she started working at Nonantum as a relief vet, and is now an associate veterinarian here. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, road biking, learning to speak Italian, traveling (especially to Italy to visit her husband's family), going to the beach, and working out. She has a Labrador named Geppetto, a Norfolk Terrier named Dixie, a cat named Maximus Aurelius, and a red footed tortoise named Oscar.
