Dr. McNelis-Johnson received her B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Delaware in 2000. In 2005, she graduated and received her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Johnson completed a Small Animal Internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in 2006 and spent her first 8 years in Lansdale at a 24-hour Emergency and General Practice Hospital. After moving back to the area, she worked for a dear friend in Glen Mills.

Her professional interests include internal medicine and emergency/critical care. Her career objectives are to provide high quality medicine, compassion for the family and the patient, and to nurture the human-animal bond.

Dr. Johnson is from Landenberg and credits Nonantum for shaping the Veterinarian she is today.

Outside of work, Dr. Johnson is a Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles and the Phillies. She enjoys the beach, traveling, movies, and spending time with her friends and family. She lives locally with her husband Jason, children Quinn and Miles, cat Howie and her rescue pit bull mix, Charlie.
